The Diwali Raan
A whole slow-roasted Sikandari Raan with eight sides. Three nights only, 6 to 8 November.

Some dishes are made for one. This one was made for a table.
For three nights this Diwali, our kitchen is slow-roasting whole legs of lamb the Mughlai way: steeped in yogurt, herbs and warm spices, then cooked low and slow until the meat falls from the bone. Legend says it was first served to honour Sikandar himself. We serve it to honour whoever you bring.
