Chef Vipin Kishore joined Doolally in 2019 as part of the team brought from India to shape the restaurant’s culinary identity. With extensive academic training and experience working alongside chefs from some of India’s most respected hospitality institutions, he brings a deep understanding of regional Indian cuisine to the kitchen.
